Interview with O.H. ("Ike") Harris, an attorney and a Republican member of the Texas Senate from Dallas, concerning his experiences and personal views as a member of the Texas Consitutional Convention in 1974. Harris discusses the need for constitutional revision, Price Daniel, Jr. as chairman of the Constitutional Convention, the Finance Committee, the right-to-work provision, and the failure of the Constitutional Convention.
